At OPG, we believe that being good corporate citizens means keeping the environment at the forefront of our work practices. We are continuously striving to find better ways to decrease our impact on air and water quality. Approximately 95 per cent of OPG’s electricity production was derived from Hydroelectric and Nuclear sources that are virtually free of air emissions causing smog, acid rain, and global warming.
